DMEGC Solar Energy started in 2009 with the production of ingots, wafers and mono- and polycrystalline solar cells.
The annual cell production today exceeds 2 GW.
The in house production of our cells is part of our vertically integrated business model and allows us to strictly control the quality of our materials, supply chain and production cycle.
Our cells are produced from high quality silicon wafers in an ISO9001 / ISO14001 environment, under rigid TQC & SPC quality control systems.
Monocrystalline cells are sliced from a sillicon ingot. Because of their dark color they are often used in modules for residential installations. Compared to polycrystalline cells they have a higher average efficiency.
DMEGC Solar produces M2 and PERC monocrystalline cells in different sizes and with different numbers of busbars. The most common size is 156.75 x 156.75 mm (6 inches) with 5 busbars.
DMPD5B157-210
157 x 157 mm PERC cell with 5 busbars, 21.8 % efficiency
DMTD5B157-210
157 x 157 mm M2 cell with 5 busbars, 20.7 % efficiency
DMPD4B157-210
157 x 157 mm PERC cell with 4 busbars, 21.6 % efficiency
DMTD4B157-210
157 x 157 mm M2 cell with 4 busbars, 20.4 % efficiency
DMTD2B125-165
125 x 125 mm M2 cell with 2 busbars, 20 % efficiency
Polycrystalline cells are made of melted silicon rocks. They have a typical bluish color and are often used in large scale installations. Compared to monochrystalline cells they have a somewhat lower efficiency, but a more attractive pricetag.
DMEGC Solar produces polycrystalline cells in different sizes and with different numbers of busbars. The most common size is 157 x 157 mm (6 inches). Other sizes can be made on demand.
